25% for 1-4 dusts

and a little for a shard ... subtract it from them ^^

So I'm assuming that you should be doing this like once every few days since enchanting material, rings and gems sells for 1 at a time?

It's really depends on your realm and what version of neck/ring did you get, you can sell each from 30g to 300g.
