You cannot do this in 1.5 week, considering you will need 10 elementium, of which ~3-4 drop each BWL run, aswell as neutral with the bronze dragonflight, which takes 2 AQ40 runs.
I personally took around ~1 month total and spend around ~500g on it.
You can buy the required elementium off the ah but that will cost you ~5k and there usually arn't that many pieces up

I started the chain though at friendly with the brood and had the elementium already.

I started Saturday with this, was hated with Gadgetzan.
Now I got the green shard, waiting for bwl reset for the red shard. And just doing the Dirge quest because I was hated with Gadgetzan (Bloodsail farming ftl)
It's not a hard quest, u just have to travel alot and do some vanilla raids.

btw. Doctor Weavils "Mind Control" ftw, got like 600% more damage with it, too bad my friend who was trying to help me died all the time.
