2. FROST DKS DO NOT HAVE A ROTATION THEY HAVE A PRIORITY LIST!
always remember they have a priority list ok heres a scenario for you
its a boss or 1 boss mob, heres what you do
Iceytouch->plaugestrikeheart strike heartstrike,icytouch obliderate obliderate icytouch
now if there are multiple mobs you wanna do icytouch plauge strike heart strike pestilence NOW heres the triky part, if you see youre buffs and 2 buffs icy talons and killing machine then u HAVE to use howling blast and u will do 6+ on each mob this is the specialty to deathknights, icy talons looks like a icy talon and killing machine looks like this ----> a icy axe from the bottom up its hard to explain if you have the right addons you will k now when it procs DO NOT USE FROST STRIKE AFTER UR IT_>PS_>BS_>BS_> WAIT FOR KM AND IT to PROC THEN USE HOWLING BLAST _> BOBLIDERATE OBLIDERATE use this priority list and ur gunna be doing 6k+ dps i did 7k dps in a 3.8k gearscore so u shuld be pro 5k+ gearscore

ok gear wise for your cloak and weapons what is suggested is armor pen not alot but as much as u can im not saying that you need to gem or enchant it im just saying that you need to get as much as u can get that is all. if ur going from blood or unholy to frost the best weapons to get is the 1h mace Black Icicle - Item - World of Warcraft , and the 1h axe from FOS heroic Nighttime - Item - World of Warcraft , thats all for gear just gem what drunkis is gemming (drunkis- korgath - leigion of the allies ( my guild ^_^) put the 1hand mace always in your main hand

it is bullshit, hes cheating with +25% more damage. in reality hes just pulling out 6k dps.

Heart strike? dude learn what moves that your class is using man, and wait for rime and killing machine to proc? that's loosing DPS as you said at the start, its a priority list. The list goes as such, Killing machine, Icy touch, plague strike, obliterate, frost strike, blood strike, rime. Yes rime is good but it comes last, its good if KM and Rime proc at the same time but i wouldn't wait for it to proc... Im just saying. And dude i know my spelling isn't perfect but Wow.... at least right click the words and select the right spelling. Obliterate not obliderate :/

Not that I believe GS is the be all and end all, but doing 7k DPS with 3.8k GS? Can I see a screenshot of you DPSing on a target dummy for 5 min, and a screenshot of your GS as well please?

It is possible to do 10k with his gear, in ICC with 30%. In fact, that should be about the upper limit.

Doesn't change the fact the guide is terribly well-written.

Doing 10k in ICC25 with 30% buff is nothing though, definitely nothing special. There are people doing over 20k. Yeah it's about the cap of what you can do with 5.2 gs but reaching the cap with a DK is very easy compared to, say, a Feral Druid or a Shadow Priest.

As for your gemming / enchants, I just don't understand how that even happens. This may be part of the reason why everyone thinks all DKs are noobs.
