Tigerstrike Mantle (best cloak for lvl 29)

First and foremost, you're never supposed to ask for rep. Its a good way to get some -rep instead of some +rep.

Second of all, some of those items arent even good. Sentry cloak has been outdated for quite a few patches, since satchel loot came out. Skeletal club has always been terrible, and will continue to be. Same with searing blade. Deviate scale belt is good, but I'm not sure whats happening with it in cata. Cobalt Crusher has never been good, and wont be come cata. Dark hooded cape is meh. Flintrock shoulders used to be good before boa's. Monolithic bow is ultra rare and only good for AP rogues, and gloves of holy might are purple, so its hard to find a good deal on them.

I appreciate the effort to help, but at least do a little research if you're going to try to add items to the list, and never ever ask for rep.

Without further adieu, this is what you need to get your hands on:

19's:
Razor's Edge (currently very inexpensive)
Darkweave Breeches (not best profit margin, but buy if you see cheap)
Gloves of the Fang
Feet of the Lynx (everyone is going to want these)
Bronze Band of Force (crafted, but will likely be bis for a couple classes)
Mindthrust Bracers

29's:
Enduring Cap (this will also 100x in value)
Silver-Lined Belt (currently incredibly inexpensive will be bis)
Glowing Magical Bracelets
Resilient Cap (currently worth nothing, will be amazing for a TON of classes)
Shadow Hood (craftable, but about to become awesome for fc twinks)
Resilient Robe (currently worthless green, about to get huge boost)
Magician's Mantle
Tribal Worg Helm (this will 100x in value)
Forest Tracker Epaulets (already expensive, so not best profit margin, but buy if cheap)
Claw of the Shadowmancer (rogues are about to get shadowstep, so expect a lot of dagger rogues. This will be better than torturing poker come cata, since the poker is getting the nerf shaft)

Do it! Rogues just got a massive buff with the new patch. Be sure to get skullbreaker and slap mongoose on it =)
