Easy Gold with Enchanting

Hey guys,

First of all I want to say 2 things:

1. My english is not very good... but I hope its enough for you ;D
2. I searched for simmilar threads about this and didn't find any. But it could still be common sense. propably it is, but still I'm writing this guide for people who just are interested or what ever, you ain't gotta read it if you know it.


Okay, so this is what you need:
Enchantig 445
1-2k starting Gold
No insane Abyss Crystal price on your server


We are using this skill: Abyssal Shatter - Spell - World of Warcraft
It shatter 1 Abyss Crystal into a random number of Infinite Dust or Greater Cosmic Essence.
These can be 5 - 20 for Dust, and 2 - 10 for Essences. As you can see, its really random, which means that you have to do it with large numbers, otherwise the chance to get too much dust is too high.
In this example I did it with 50 Crystals.

EXAMPLE:

Prices:
Abyss Crystal: 30g
Infinite Dust: 35g /stack
Greater Cosmic Essence: 17g

Math:
50 x 30 = 1500g <---- This is the total Gold we spent for the 50 Crystals

So now we shatter them all, this is what we get:
72x Greater Cosmic Essence
333x Infinite Dust

72 * 17 = 1224g <---- Money from the Essences
333 * 1.5 = 499g50s <---- Money from the Dust

1224g + 499g50s = 1723g50s <---- Total Money from the 50 Crystals we shattered

1723g50s - 1500g = 223g50s <---- Total Profit !


Thats it! Of course that number could also have been 500g or 100g, beacause its really random how much you get, but in average, you make profit.

i do this allready for a wile only i buy my abyss crystals for 25 g and greater cosmic essence are over 24g on my server really maked lots of profit + making scrolls

i watched that vid a while ago

i think his rule was something like if abyss are lower than the price
of 2 greater cosmic then buy it and shatter it

This is oooooold, and doesn't worth, since you'll have too little profit.
I've done this and many times you dont get enough dusts / essences with the DE to get any profit.

Sure you do Profit, I already did it with around 500 Crystals, and I made huge profit. Of course you can be unlucky and get low profit, as in my math, but for me its defnetly worth it.

I'm sorry, you can have profit with this, but this is extremely server economy dependant, on my server it used to payoff as i've done this quite a few times, but now it just doesnt cover the expenses.

and i'm just saying that you invest too much to get too little.

Most of this is correct. But: The Server economy is not the only facot. You can also make a very nice Profit on a server with not thaat good economies, if you are lucky enough. Thats it.
