I need some mac HELP for patching!!

ok soo i want to make my own server but the arcemux is 3.2.2 and im the latest one and all mac users know u cant down patch so what i had to do was wow again then patch but blizz made it so i cant get to 3.2.2 without skipping it and i was wondering if there is a way to get to 3.2.2 im at 3.0.9 if i do it blizz's way it will go straight to 3.3.0

i dont get it i click on the US mirror and its a .exe please help and there is no 3.2.2

OR just downgrade to 3.0.0, and then start upgrading, until 3.2.2
