Hay again,

This is just a little guide on how to get on WoW or other games while being at school/work etc.

YourFreedom:

"The Your Freedom services makes accessible what is unaccessible to you, and it hides your network address from those who don't need to know."

1. You will have to make an account for YourFreedom:
User registration

2. Download

Setting up a new server:I advice setting up the server > AT HOME < Scanning for it can sometimes take realy long due to slower internet at your school/work than at home!

Access the wizard:

Make sure YourFreedom is set so that the Socks 4/5 port is enabled and set to 1080 (that's the default).


Sockscap:

"Automatically enables Windows-based TCP and UDP networking client applications to traverse a socks firewall."

Sockscap is used to lauch the games/programs.

Setup:
1. Make a new profile
2. Give it a profile name
3. Browse on command line to the exe to what you want to lauch.
4. Press ok
5. To run double click or just select the game and press the run button

YourFreedom Needs to be running before sockscap can be used(correctly).

Wall of text with no overview, and outdated (not working) screenshots/links.
Also Freecap != Sockscap, the site of Freecap seems buggy and pictures are broken.

If you 'flame' me for that, then you should have 'flamed' the other post for the exact same thing. And reading the reactions, they didn't.

I'm only trying to make a contribution to those who actualy don't know, or who wouldn't care/think to start googling until they found it.

Isn't that the explanation of 'A Guide'? To make it shorter and to help?

1. First post: only explains sockscap shortly. It says it does yourfreedom, but there is nearly no info.

2. Second post: I seemed to have missed that one

Do you put this on the computer at work/school or at home? And on my computer at work you're not aloud to install programs so if at work/school you would be in trouble :S

The programs must be installed on the computer that you will be using to play whatever game is blocked by the server on your school/work.

I'm using my own laptop at school, so no worries. Its just to bypass school server
