Bind ASD too. You don't need them for movement.

Sometimes it's good to have w binded e.g for deadzone kiting warriors, ferals etc or if you're clicking in Gladius for focus, targetting etc. (I mainly target with tab, though.)

A and D are handy for strafe imo.
But for S I rarely use it, possibly for deadzone kiting.

Nice guide, you could perhaps include some tips against certain classes like using Feint to tank a Bladestorm etc
