Grizzly Hill's Easy Experience

Hello all! I've just leveled my newest character to 80! Yay me Anyways, along the way, I found a really nifty way to gain experience. It is through a quest and it is simple and quick. Let me explain. This quest is an Escort Quest. But, you keep killing the mobs that spawn. You will have to let the quest giver die in order to REPEAT this process.

The mobs you should be killing are - Ancient Drakkari King - NPC - World of Warcraft

The Method

1. You must first obtain the quest - Dun-da-Dun-tah! - Quest - World of Warcraft

You can obtain the quest in Grizzly Hills, north of Dun Argol.



2. Once you accept the quest, you will notice the quest giver (Harrison Jones) will begin to leave the ceremonial chamber. However, at this point many trolls and an elite mob appears.

These trolls WILL die in a few hits. So, this is the part where you recieve quick experience.

The mobs you should be killing are - Ancient Drakkari King - NPC - World of Warcraft

3. Once the trolls are dead, you DO NOT attack the snake. Let Harrison die and rinse and repeat this process.

Conclusion

Obviously this isn't the quickest method of grinding exp ever. There are several faster ways. Here are some faster methods:

1. Refer a Friend
2. Group Questing

Doing the new LFG system may be quicker but this is if you are a tank only. Reason why I decided to go to this method is because I was looking for a change of pace!

Can't get the quest at 72, I just tried

Am I the only one that noticed the OP saying it makes grinding faster via RAF? And since this is talking about a Northrend area... Yeah. You stop getting bonus exp at level 60. A full 13 levels before you could do this, lol. So you can safely just put ground questing as faster. Might as well add in there that AoE farming just about anything can also be faster. Hell, get a level 80 Druid/DK/Pally/whatever AoE class to just mow down the Converter Heros in Icecrown while you float in the air collecting exp.
