You can easily Solo these two mobs with block set seeing has they are melee only.
-Done so on my paladin with just Judgement off Light up.

Zone out and repeat x 5

Received 2x Hilt so far, so take your Anub set out of the bank and make some gold. :P

Lately, after the hotfix, the droprate has been decreased to 0.1% (or lower/unconfirmed). That's 1 Battered Hilt in 1000 mob kills (or more, depending on your luck.)

You mean you kill only 2 mobs x5 which means 10 kills? i've ran through those 3 instances like 4x now and never seen it dropping from any mob in any instance

Ok your talking bout the 2x skeles at start and only them right cause ive done it 10times with my bro just sayin, How long do u have to wait till u can go back in again after too many dungeons attemps and how many runs u do to get one or both?

Can only enter instances 5 times an hour, i normaly do it when i log on then do it again after my random daily.

The drop rate is 0.1%. In order to get 1 in average you will need to kill 1000 mobs. This way you can kill 10 per hour so in other words 100 hours per hilt. The guy is either a liar or Gastone

Or since .1% doesn't actually mean he has to kill 1000 mobs, he just has luck and got one to drop. Just because it has a low drop rate, that doesn't mean he has to kill THAT many mobs. I had 2 drop in the same PoS run last night. And I am sorry, but there is NOT 2000 mobs in there. Stating the drop rates and math just makes you look stupid for attempting to discredit someone with a good idea to solo farm something. .1% chance to drop in the heroics, then go ahead and add your own chance to get the win, so you can actually divide the chance to drop by 5 and that is your chance to win. His way is better and more efficient. If he is a tank, he can go ahead and do it 5 times, pop a random dungeon (average time for me is 15 seconds on my tank) do the dungeon, come back to where he was and do 5 again. Lather rinse repeat.
