is a very good choice.

Also an extreme good choice would be Female Blood elf/Night elf only wearing Firemane Leggings - Item - World of Warcraft but it need level 34

The tabard is old news; but personally, I think that some gear is better.

My bank is a level 1 mage.
Currently I have this equipped:
Head: Ruby Shades (I was lucky - bought them off the AH for 75 gold) Not obtainable anymore, if it is not on AH or you know someone who got it!
- You could grab a Noble's Monocle, but I think this is awesome.

Chest: Thin Cloth Armor (Can be bought by any alliance "Cloth & Leather Armor Merchant" for 50 copper! (If you are horde, you can try getting one of these through the Booty Bay or Gadgetzan AH!)

Shirt: Tuxedo Shirt (You know where to obtain that one!)

Wrists: Antique Silver Cuffs (Doesn't really matter if you got them, or not - Just think that they look good :').

Legs: Tuxedo Pants (You know the story!)

Boots: Thin Cloth Shoes (Same story as the chest!)
- I wonder if you are able to get some shoes which are even more black... I'd check up on that!

Weapon: Diamond-Tipped Cane (Only for the looks ) Obtained through Fishing Daily or AH. It should not be that expensive anymore.
