A little tip for undergeared pallies who try this. A very easy way to stay at high health is to cast turn evil on 1 mob, when the fear runs out, turn evil the mob you were hitting. keep alternating and you'll almost never have both on you

Ffs, blizz should fix the hilt drop rate to 1%. I've been farming it everyday for 3 weeks now (In every 3 HC's) and i've only been seing it drop once .. So it is kinda gay.

The drop rate is 1%.. I'm going to try this now, although every damn time I try to farm something, no matter how many times I kill it, it never drops D:

This actually worked for me.. On 4th try the battered hilt dropped!

Can be done on my feral 40k hp-ish with pve/pvp gear. Need to blow most cooldowns but fairly easy. Open with berserked mangle+mauls and with good gear you'll get both to 60-70% easy.

Not sure if it's really worth it though, probably be better off farming gold and buying it from someone selling it cheap.
