How to farm Battered Hilt as Mage (Movie)

Hi!

Ive seen alot of Guides how to farm Battered hilt lately, but there aint really a good guide for how to do it as a mage so i got boored this evening and made one by myself, its not the best quality but u see what iam doing atleast .

Ill hope this one help some mages out or maybe other classes aswell

Quel’Delar in now unique equip.

Naxxramas can now be cleared in any order for the Immortal and Undying achievements.

The drop rate for the Battered Hilt has been increased.

The Skeletal Slave in the Pit of Saron has had the ability to drop the Battered Hilt and other random drop epics removed.

there was already a hilt farming video with a mage on youtube but good work anyways to bad they just nerfed the skells so there's no need to farm it anymore

At least speed up the movie when you're waiting the group to come to the right position, stopped watching after a minute of just standing there.

Thanks for the video, got a mage but was having some trouble. Mirror images always bugged out and some random caster half across the instance would aggro them and all the mobs on the way :/

You can also kill the big skeletons, piss easy with frost or arcane. Slow and all snares work on them, just don't let them near you, min hit was 13k on my fragile clothed mage :<

I was also able to kill all of the caster packs, big skeletons and then run past the "shortcut" to Ick, kill one more caster pack and a couple big skeletons. After that you can run up the hill, jump down to the ledge, jump down to the stairs before the forgemaster and kill 3 additional big skeletons. Also the pack of gheist ambushers might be doable with aoe frost.. Will try and post results.
