Start here in the Underbelly in Dalaran


Head left, then turn right just before you reach the ramp.


Slowly walk to the left of the boxes


Turn right and stand here


Do /sleep and make sure your character is facing
the water BEFORE doing /sleep

Also ppl often have old dailys (I know I don't always do every daily every day, and when I do its usually an old one.)
So there will still be like a 100 ppl going there each day even when Jewel of the Sewer is not the daily; but that is just my xp.

Well, for players like me who are on a "Low" population server, this is a very helpful spot. I have so far only seen one other player and it was a Horde (being Alliance on this toon)
