I had some lvl 1 on my server wanted me to get him to bootybay neutral AH. I have the treaveler's mount so I gave him the buff and as lvl 1, having 600hp is pretty good, at least he wont get one shotted =).

To you, maybe. Forty stamina is huge for a level 1. That's an extra 400 HP. And 80 AP and 40 SP will buff you're attacks greatly. Being able to one shot things with fireball at level 1 is so nice for a mage.
