Actually it IS better to use chaos bolt before conflag, tested this on my own warlock aswell.

Because:
1. The 0.2-0.3 second lag between immolate being cast and conflag becoming available.
2. Incinerate benefits more from the haste of backdraft than chaos bolt.

go download simcraft for locks and you can simulate pretty much every rotation. and you do more dps by using cb after conflag. while it is true that cb doesn't benefit as much from backdraft as inci does, conflag still has a possibility to trigger pyroclasm. and regarding the lag: the short lag after applying immolate is the ideal time to apply your curse

Sorry, but as far as I know, this is wrong for blood dps. See most (All?) blood dps use glyph of death strike. What this does is, makes your death strike do 1% damage per runic power you have. So, your real rotation should be something like PS>IT>HS>HS>DS>DC(once, and only if capped)>HS>HS>DS>DS
By waiting for hs to cooldown instead of ds, you can use ds after them, gaining RP and thus DS does a lot more damage.

Hi, since my main is a DK I will try this rotation and see if it is better. if so I will add it. =] (and use it ofc)

EDIT: just tried it and maybe i'm doing it wrong but after the HS>HS>DS>DS i have like a 6 second cooldown before i can begin again. this rotation as i used it got me 3.5k dps. the one I wrote in the guide got me 4.2k....
