Bornakk has confirmed that it's available now, however it will not appear on servers until they have been restarted.

I would assume this is why the EU has it on a majority of it's realms since it appeared just after the maintenance.

Time to start crashing your servers guys.

Is it that everyone who confirmed AS on Live on an EU Realm?
Or is it possible that they yanked it from live servers already.
