Stealing a Coren Direbrew summon

So when farming the Coren Direbrew boss earlier someone in the group stole my friends summon. It's a fairly obvious thing to do but it worked for this guy...

So you're in brd with a group of 5, someone goes to summon the boss, just as they do so leave the group and tag the boss.

Now this obviously has some draw backs, you need to kill the boss before being zoned out for one. However in our group the other members didn't realise someone had done this and helped them kill him before he zoned out.

Once you've summoned Coren it seems you don't have any chances, you either kill him or you don't so you have to kill him or let him kill you.

Anyway it's not going to make you any friends and isn't always going to work but it gives you some extra shots if you're desperate.

meh, wish I knew that earlier, I just went with grp and it was just crap drops like dodge trink, melee dps and spell power , then when I summoned he dropped the remote, brewfest mount a trinket AND the BoE epix witch sells for around 2-4k gold on my realm and well I got the mount and remote but meh I wanted the boe epix too.

Isnt it alot better just to wait until most of the group has summoned him and "Dc" If you know what i mean? :P

Well in my method above, if you do it on the last guy (without using your own summon) you get both:

Keeping your own summon
Having someone elses summon to yourself

Which is double win, although I personally wouldn't do either
