WoW's Pirates' Day guide!

I have just done the achievement as it is now active.

For anyone looking, the npc is on the roof above the bank in Booty Bay, accessible via a ramp next to the flight master.

Simply talk to "Dread Captain DeMeza" and have a drink, the achievement is complete - Congratulations!

haven't logged in yet, so it would be possible to get there without gettin raped by tons of booty bay bruisers when you have the bloodsail admiral title :/?
