Interesting question of legal implications as to stealing a paid guide for free. To me personally I don't think there's much bearing into this, so I would say there's not much he can do in all honesty.

Can you realistically get in trouble for it? Only if you tell Brian Knopp himself "hey I'm stealing your guide for free, better call an attorney, here's my personal info". If some people he knows nothing about takes it and uses it for whatever purpose, then he really can't do much since he doesn't know who they are.

That isn't to say it's the right thing to "steal" (that word is a bit excessive for me in this context) a paid guide. But fact of the matter is to me it's somewhat justified seeing as people are paying for information that others can easily put out for free.

The guide is coded with security for a reason. By taking the security out and posting it up you're allowing a huge problem to happen. I don't think you know just who Brian Kopp is.
