Hai Ginchy, anyways, to sort out the problem:

THe reason why it keeps spawning guards is because yo uare standing near an NPC, if you kill the NPC the guards will stop spawning (they wont spawn infinite anyways). But if you let the NPC live it will keep calling in more guards, thats how i got my title back in the days
