Death Grip your way to Daleran (visual tutorial)

Ok finally I think I have found something useful to post (I hope) and so I have taken some time compiling this visual tutorial. I hope some of you benefit from it

THIS IS TO DO WHAT ALREADY?
As the title indicates this is a tutorial how to get a character (low level) into Wintergrasp (to gain access to Daleran if you wish, without the use of a warlock, going through Icecrown or other method).

I know there are other ways to get low level characters into Daleran but I thought no harm in offering up another route to you folks.

SUITABLE FOR?
Any character that can access Northrend (I did this with a 65 shaman so he could learn grand master Inscription).

WHAT YOU NEED
A Death knight with a flying mount (lots of them about).

BRIEF METHOD
On you low level character get the zeplin to 'Vengeance Landing' (Howling Fjord) make your way to 'Agmar's Hammer' (Dragon's Blight). With the help of you DK friend duel 'Death Grip' you way up the cliff face north of the base.

You will find your self in south east Wintegrasp. From there you can make your way north and use the portal in the keep (assuming you have control of WG) to get to Daleran.

TUTORIAL

Ok I have included a brief description how to get to Agmar's Hammer from Undercity if you need it.

Blue arrow = Zeplin from UC.
Large Red arrow = short trip from Vengeance Landing to Kamagoa.
Green arrow = Pleasent trip the sacred sea turtle 'Green Island'
Small red arrow = short trip to Agmar's Hammer.

From there just head to the cliff face directly north of the base and your set.

Your DK friend and yourself should be looking at a shear cliff face about 120 yrds high. Don't worry it will take you just a few minuites to scale it.

In the following images I have used red arrows to indicate where you must run and green arrows where you must be Death Gripped up the cliff.



Duel your DK friend and have him move to the ledge above you then use Death Grip to pull you up. I found it helpful for the DK to put his pet on passive and un-equip his weapon.



Make your way up the cliff face, Death Gripping when needed.



Not far to go



There is a handy ledge for you to run up now



Further up that ledge a bit. You should be able to Death Grip where the blue arrow is, however I found the duel was stopping, perhaps becuase at that point your in WG.



Take a few moments to appreciate the view



Well done you and your friend are in WG.



Your jouney is not over yet. You must now head north to Wintergrasp Keep and use the portal inside to gain access to Daleran (hopefully your faction will have control over WG).

i actually think that it takes more time to read the guide, than it would take to earn the gold to buy a portal. but it's fun, creative and original, so +rep for something i haven't seen before

Wow that's amazing lol. Must've taken a while. But i suggest changing the title to WG/Dalaran instead of just Dalaran, seeing as a lower level cant get into WG through the dalaran portal.
