Phase 1: Simple DPS, nothing special. Just practice placing light bomb targets quite close to melee but not close enough to hit them (the closer the easier it is for the MT to find the life spark and taunt it when it spawns) and having your gravity bomb targets just head to the right side (the right side will eventually become a black hole more or less but it's away from the raid). Don't forget to heal through Tantrums.
Phase 2: Bloodlust @ 76% (assuming tantrum isn't going to happen in the next few seconds) so when the heart is exposed, you'll have full dps time. EVERYONE needs to use all cooldowns and a DPS potion of some sort (depends on raid dps, but you get the idea).
Kill the heart and stop dps on XT. You're going to let all the little repair bots get to him (which is fine since he healed anyway from starting hard mode).
Tank, just pickup the Pummeler(s) that spawn, and all dps focus those down while the scrapbots reach XT. Melee, be sure to avoid bombbots that get close (call out which direction they are coming from).
Phase 3: XT is now back @ 100% life (+ bonus from engaging hard mode) and he's hitting 15% harder (Tantrum really sucks now).
At this point, you need a smooth steady high dps to just take him out before enrage timer.
Key Points:
-Light Bomb targets: MAKE SURE you are close enough to the tank so he can easily target and taunt the Life Spark when it spawns.
-Gravity Bomb: AS SOON as DBM announces GB and marks the target, that person needs to MOVE ASAP! Tantrum + GB can equal a wipe due to the daze effect of tantrum.
-Tantrum: Be ready for it as soon as the CD is up. Healer should always be prepared for an "Oh ****" moment during this part.
Who you have killing the life sparks is up to your raid leader (and raid composition). My guild just has the 8 or so Melee dps turn and move 5 ft or so to kill the spark and get back on XT. When range dps the spark it means finishing the cast we are on, starting to cast on the spark, and then probably getting casting interrupted when it dies in mid-cast, wasting dps time.

Thats the closest I can find to a similar kill video related to the strategy i listed.
The points are made: Sparks on the left side (although as close to melee is best), Gravities on the far right side. They go the extra mile and kill the trash that goes for XT after heart phase which isn't necessary.
