You can download the PTR client, but you are not authorized to get the newest patch yet.

Well still possible to bypass the grey button but i have problems on finish page... they edited it to send u on live copy page, so if someone have the source code from old copy page i think i can copy chars(if they haven't pull the plug on copy)
