    If you are having problems installing the newest PTR patch:

    Make sure the patch is in your WoWTest folder,

    Right click > Properties,

    Click the compatibility tab,

    Check run in compatibility mode,

    From the drop-down menu, choose:

    "Windows 98 / Windows Me",

    Run the patch!

    Works for everyone I've told so far. (For those who get the "We're sorry but blizzard updater had an error and needs to close" bug.)

    Tested on:

    Win XP x32
    Vist x64
