in MegaUpload there is a 3 letter combination towards the upper right corner.
type that into the box and hit download

u need a pdf viewer for the alliance one. just download adobe reader 8

I have a crazy suggestion... how about you name the file something with a random name then the website will not delete the file from their servers :O ain't that just the best idea like ever!?

btw u have to open the horde guide in HTML format
another suggestion is to open the guide first from inside the folder called images. Then right-click it and make a shortcut somewhere u can easily find.
