RaF Questing Guide

Okay I have seen MANY, MANY boosting guides with RaF, but what if you don't have a level 70-80 with you to boost you through instances. What if your only option is to quest. My main is a Warrior I am rerolling Horde Tauren. What's the fastest way to get him to 60 with only questing? Is there a guide, if not can someone please tell me how long it should take. Also I am new to Horde and it would be nice if someone helped on how to quest with Horde with RaF. Please help!
