leveling an alt and want to get the WG marks every 2 1/2 hour w/o the big effort of searching warlocks for a port or something like that?

just let you port to dalaran (mage portal) and follow the steps in this picture. self explaining

Well I'm not sure about this but... I thought you couldn't res at another graveyard other than the one you came from? Also if it worked for you SS or it didn't happen.

Yeah you can, I believe it only works now if you log off before you rez though (eg. log while you're standing at the desired spirit healer, or just relog as soon as you hit ghost form,) then you can pop up at the healer of your choice.
