Guide to getting all Northrend JC BoP recipes

Note: This guide DOES NOT include the Bind on Equip recipes, these are generally a world drop, and are not set to drop off a certain mob (or group of mobs) that can generally be farmed.

META GEMS:

Design: Austere Earthsiege Diamond - This recipe is a drop off King Yimiron in Utgarde Pinnacle (both Normal and Heroic).

Design: Bracing Earthsiege Diamond - This recipe is contained in The Cache of Eregos inside The Oculus. (only on Normal difficulty).

Design: Eternal Earthsiege Diamond - This recipe is dropped off of Loken inside of the Halls of Lightning (both Normal and Heroic difficulty).

MONARCH TOPAZ:

Design: Deadly Monarch Topaz - This recipe is dropped by Keristrasza in The Nexus (only on Heroic difficulty).

Design: Deft Monarch Topaz - This recipe is dropped off of Sjonner the Ironshaper inside of the Halls of Stone (only on Heroic difficulty).

Design: Fierce Monarch Topaz - This recipe is dropped off of Ingvar the Plunderer in Utgarde Keep (only on Heroic difficulty).

Design: Accurate Monarch Topaz - I found this recipe off mammoths, they can be found in several places including Zul'drak, The Storm Peaks, and Sholazar Basin, but I found the best area here (36,87):


SCARLET RUBYS:

Design: Fractured Scarlet Ruby - This recipe is a rare drop off of Nascent Val'kyr around this area here (23,60):


Design: Precise Scarlet Ruby - This recipe drops from Herald Volazj from Ahn'kahet: The Old Kingdom (only on Heroic difficulty).

AUTUMN'S GLOWS:

Design: Thick Autumn's Glow - This recipe drops off of Cyanigosa in The Violet Hold (only on Heroic difficulty).

FOREST EMERALDS:

Design: Timeless Forest Emerald - This recipe drops off of The Prophet Tharon'ja in Drak'Tharon Keep (only on Heroic difficulty).

Design: Radiant Forest Emerald - This recipe drops off of Frostfeather harpies in Bor's Breath (around 31,65) as shown below:


TWILIGHT OPALS:

Design: Infused Twilight Opal - This recipe drops off of Anub'Arak in Azjol-Nerub (only on Heroic difficulty).

Design: Defender's Twilight Opal - This recipe drops off of Stormforged mobs in the Stormpeaks. I found the highest drop rate to be in the area below, dropping off of Stormforge Champions around (25,46) the area below

Design: Fractured Scarlet Ruby = 0.5% drop rate not 50%
This is one of the 4 rarest design's like they said in WoWhead

While it might be one of the rarest but it doesnt in no way mean that it's 0.5% as Nascent Val'kyr are being killed often by people that either have the recipe or dont have JC at all as they are sometimes part of a daily. In the end it isnt 50% nor is it 0.5%

I had to kill over 300 valkyr for this. And i know many other people who have 200-400 kills so it right
