The guild and you, faming fishfeasts

This guide is purely to explain the best ways to farm for the Fish Feasts.

You will make about 20 fish feasts per hour this way.

Requirements:
Fishing 400+ (to avoid fishing junk)
Cooking 450 with Fish Feast recipe or someone who can make it for you
Fishing Pole
Epic Flying Mount
Lures that give you extra fishing.
(Find Fish, this ability really really helps)

Fish Feast requires:
1x Northern spice
2x Musselback Sculpin
2x Glacial Salmon
2x Nettlefish

Nettlefish:

The red dots are where the nodes spawn, when you are farming for Nettlefish, follow the red arrow.




Musselback Sculpin:

The lake marked with red is where the Musselback nodes spawn, keep following them in a clockwise rotation while farming for them.




Glacial Salmon:

The red dots are where the nodes spawn, when you are farming for Glacial Salmon, follow the red arrow.




Another way to use these fish:

Nettlefish:
- Poached Nettlefish (30 crit + 40 sta)
- Spicy Blue Nettlefish (40 crit + 40 sta)
- Small Feast (Makes you smaller)

Musselback Sculpin:
- Grilled Sculpin (60 ap + 40 sta)
- Poached Northern Sculpin (80 ap + 40 sta)

Glacial Salmon:
- Smoked Salmon (35 spellpower + 40 sta)
- Firecracker Salmon (46 spellpower + 40 sta)

When you are going to fish for the Fish Feast, I suggest you to start in NW Sholazar Basin, and follow the Red arrows i drawed, then once you have about 40 Nettlefish (if you want to get 20 Fish Feast) you move to Borean Tundra and go to the marked lake on my map.
Now, the lake in Borean Tundra can be abit annoying, because that is also where people farm for theyre Turtle Mount so this one might take abit longer, there also arent as much nodes here as in Sholazar Basin.
After you are done in Borean Tundra, u move to West Grizzly Hills and start there and again follow the arrows i drawed.
Grizzly Hills is by far the easiest place to farm and you will get about 100+ Glacial Salmon each full "clear".
This way you can also fish for your mount while your at it.

Best droprate / amount of nodes:
1. Grizzly Hills
2. Sholazar Basin
3. Borean Tundra

Northern Spices:
These are obtained trough the cooking daily and can be bought of AH (might be a little expensive) or from the lady standing next to the cooking trainer in Dalaran for 1 Cooking Daily awards each

1 Cooking rewards = 10 Northern Spices

I hope this helped you out a bit, it is really easy and fast to farm for Fish Feasts (around 20-40 fish feasts / hours) and this will save you alot of money from buying them off the AH.





This can ofcourse be used for farming yourself aswell, but won't make to much money since 90% of the guilds have a dedicated fisher to do it for them

gotta agree on that, if i go fish in WG i get enough mats to make 30-40 fish feasts in 30 min

Yes but you can get ganked quite quickly in WTG, also like this you can try for your turtle

I use WG too ... got a nice hiding spot and bot my fish during work ...
After a day, i can then also sell a few siren's tears from the clams.

aye, you can fish up all the fish needed to make the fish feasts (fish!)
in wintergrasp go sit under a bridge or w/e and fish till your eyes bleed (or simply use a bot, and get fish for over 100 fish feasts a night)

Nice effort, but waste of time. Fish in WG in one spot no looking for school of fish ect. And you're just as likey to be ganked around the world than in WG. For horde fish near the flight plan in WSG camp.
