Illegal and the mmo help doesn't work, stas just looks at the accounts and if they don't have any videos or friends they just get deleted together with the whole video.

It isn't illegal u dumbass trakkerz... this isn't a scam, u're just telling pplz u can raf with them, and hopefully they will uppgrade their acc... no breaking the rules... and if not, u just got a lvl +/- 60 char!

this is using the RAF system the way blizz intended, no scams lol! it's definately not illegal

he's just telling you to advertise that you will raf people so that they will upgrade and you get a few months of gametime for free
