Best way to defeat argent champion.

This is a little video I made to show the best way to defeat an argent champion, because I have noticed alot of people taking over 5 minutes just to defeat one with the lance / charge strategy.

It's not very clear what is happening in the video, an explanation would be nice.
Also, IMO its easier to do shield breaker until their shield is down, then charge and hit melee at the same time. Then throw, charge melee.

I defeat them in within 1 minute and only losing max 5k health.

In my strategy im using mostly Melee and Shieldbreaker.
Im running away from the champion so i exactly can throw a shieldbreaker, then i run back to him and use Melee.
I do the same thing over and over again, charging sometimes but only when he has no shield up for maximum damage. (charging around 2-5 times per fight)
Can defeat 4 champions without healing even once.
