I know he wasnt just messing around either... i played on his mac with my account then it took him 2 hours to remember his account name an since he didnt know the e-mail he had to type it in many different times (this was after he madea new one for forgetting the last) so since he didnt pay for the first one and made a new one that didnt have my invite.... i didnt get anything... so becarful that you dont try to get complete retards to play...

another thing is if theit family member asks them to join after you do they will 95% of the time go for their family member even if they promised you a week before.... then the family member bosses them around or never plays and youget nothing... i think this recruit a friend thing is more of a pain in the #$% than anything. Seems like all the people i get very close are f%^&* retards.... need new friends...... fail....

Difference between wanting reputation and contributing, this doesn't look that detailed and it's all pretty much useless. I must say it is very layed out, but next time, make a guide that well auctually help someone? People can already get a RAF FAQ from blizzards sight, and you didn't really tell us everything about RAF. Here is what you didn't explain:
How RAF ends after 60
How you can grant levels
Zhevra Mount
(I'm sorry if you did mention those, I didn't read whole guide.)

There is way better guides on this subject, even though yours if very layed out and easy to read--it's useless. I also think you have never used RAF but just googled RAF and pulled some stuff from the web to make this guide.
