Mellee each down, keep zephyr buff up, unholy stance to drop them faster.

I could kill them in 2-3 attacks (icy, scourge strike) about 500g/hr made

There is also a mote node directly outside the upper cave mouth

This is really only good if you have good gear as a shadow priest because if your still sitting in blues it will be much harder since your dots would not kill a target
