Easy way to get good people in Naxx raid

In Naxx PUGs some people inevitably leave and you have to find replacements. This can be difficult.

The easy way to find skilled people is to go to a city and announce in trade:
"Naxxramas HC raid LF healer/tank/DPS. We are at XXXXXX. Chance to The Immortal"

Lots of people will whisper you because they want this difficult achievement. You can choose the best.

This can do some damage to your reputation but it is easy to shrug this off as a joke.

"LF Dps/Healer/Tank/Noob for Naxx 10/25 at thisbossguy now!"

Then you get this:

<Omgirock> whispers: Yo nub, inv nao!

So you go to this lovely site:

The World of Warcraft Armory
or
OpenDNS

and you search for his name



You get this screen



And you check his armory...



Then you see if he's well geared...

Well geared = Normally..

So, this is how that works :P

Then you log back on and whisp him if he's good enough!

The Immortal isn't hard anyway.

Just don't group with downies.

what you could do is, tell them this is an undiying run, and die yourself at a random boss. That way they will never know whetter you were serious or not, and thus not harming your rep

Too many people whispering is never a problem. Too few people often is.

For some realms, getting good people often is a problem! Atleast that's what I've experienced.
