Uh there was a post about this on the achievement forums but no blue ever said it was implemented? Am I missing something?

Because they don't want people to know about the achievement until it comes live. Otherwise people can geat a head start.

Blizzard hasnt made a secret out of the achievements, they said themselves that for hard mode in ulduar its hardly a spoiler.

Actually, farming area in Netherstorm called The Heap for Zaxxis Insignia is also very very effective. They have a decent droprate of roughly 50% (Zaxxis Raider and Zaxxis Stalker drop them). It's lvl67-68 mobs you can pretty much pummel them by the dozens in one go.

Librams can be bought but there unique, meaning you can only have 1 of each at a time

this is were haveing a engineer comes in handy, portable mailboxes, simply mail them to yourself. either that or enjoy your running.

one thing i havent tested yet is a friend mentioned using wrapping paper. probebly wont work but i can try.
