This will work as our raid leader has accidentally given the wrong players epics in naxx. Telling them the master looter gave the wrong player the loot usually works. Takes around a week tho.

A week? :O I've seen a lot of items being given to persons who then don't want it afterall. They usually then make a ticket to give it to someone who needs it. It usually takes no more than 3 hours for the other person to get the item.
Atleast that's what i experienced.

I was clearing ST on my main for a friend to get some twink items, when the exact chest I needed dropped "Ata'ai Chestpiece of power" or w/e which I had ran over 60+ times to get and enver dropped, I ticketed a GM and in 3 hours my 49 shaman had the chest in the mail
