Wave, my first post here, trying to contribute.

Note: I have only tried this on the horde side, but I'm pretty sure alliance shouldn't be a problem.

Ever rerolled on another realm, and had the problem you lacked gold?

Good thing people can be IDIOTS.

You can make lots of gold by selling vendor pets, yes, vendor pets.
They cost 40 silver each, and your able to sell them for over 20G.
Ofcourse it depends on your realm aswell, I was able to sell the pets for 50G each the first evening I started. Prices dropped to 10G after a week or so, but you aren't able to make these amounts of gold at low level.

Just tell people in trade "WTS <Pet> <Pet> <Pet>" and put some on AH, remember to check AH prices before you even start selling these pets, and also put some pets on AH, but not too much, people will actually think they might be rare and buy them.

I know this has been posted, well it was mentioned in one sentence, without any information so I thought I should post it anyway.


(As I stated before, this also depends on your realm, I can't guarentee good prices on your realm.)
About all pets listed here can be sold for 50G in the beginning, but at a certain moment you need to lower your prices, you'll notice when people stop buying.

Black King Snake will most likely sell the best, all three around 10-15G.


Prairie Dog Whistle Sold by NPC: Halpa - NPC - World of Warcraft
Sells for around 10-20G. Sells pretty good.

Silver Dragonhawk Hatchling Sold by NPC: Jilanne - NPC - World of Warcraft
I think its safe to say that these little bastards will sell the best. For around 15-25G each.

Sells for 10G, not the most populair pet but it won't hurt selling them

Can't tell you any prices, be creative. Don't start selling the pets for a too low price.

As a final note:
If you got the possibility, sell your faction's pets on neutral AH aswell. This way you can add about 30G to the price of the pet, but you won't sell as much as on your own faction's AH.

I know the Lightning Blade horde AH is always full of all these pets, usually for about 5g-10g. I doubt you'll sell too many of these on there. Not sure how many other servers are like that. I know there's a few people who always have all the alliance pets up. You could make good gold that way. Just find someone of the opposing faction and set up a deal with them trading your faction's pets for theirs on the neutral AH.
Maybe put something on the forums about a partner in crime, then explain to them (preferably through email) about putting them up for the cheap in exchange for theirs. Then profit!

this does work i actually just started with a lvl 1 today ( on a new realm to test this out ) and leveled to about 5 and then i went down to goldshire. i am human yes. Then i saw a high level dude and asked for 35 silver i was lucky cause i got 5 gold . i only had 4 s then. and then i went to the cat vendor in elwynn forest and bought bombay cat. sol it at ah for 15 gold it sold about 5 mins after i put em up for sale so this is a good way to earn fast money. So now i have 20 gold on lvl 7 atm only lol but thanks +rep even though it is repost. I think this is much better post than the other's
