Why is everyone flaming the OP? Because he pointed out the obvious, which is that whoever sent this email is a total failure at conning via email?

Hopefully it's not over the misuse of certain terms and jargon attributed to Hackign/Craking/Smacking/Phreaking/Scamming/Conning. God forbid he make such an error. The audacity!

The truth is, when it comes to proper usage of words (and no, not in the grammar Nazi sense) a lot of the users on this site drop fail bombs in every post. Some of them don't even speak English as a first language. So cut some slack. We're a community, not a clique.

You're wrong...A scam is a verbal persuasion use of cajolery, etc. Phishing is what this is called.

It doesn't ****ing look legit if you send it from the correct e-mail since you're asking for the user's ****ing password, and Blizzard would never do that.

You never assume that the person you're trying to scam is dumber than you, but never expect even the smartest person to miss the small details.
