Hey guys, here's Nymphetamine once more. I thought I'd share some of my most used gold tactics here with you. Be warned, some may consider this as 'common sence AH selling' if you're one of them... Don't bother continue reading.

Well, first of all you'll need a little starting cash. 20g will do fine in most cases, though this depends on your server economy.

Now let's proceed. First of all, here's some basic information about the products we're going to buy and sell:

Crystallized ingredient

The version of elemental substances introduced with the Wrath of the Lich King expansion.
These compare directly to Motes, which were introduced with The Burning Crusade expansion.

They are used, either directly, or when combined into Eternal forms, in various tradeskill recipes.

Unlike most Primal ingredients, Eternal ingredients can universally be converted back to their
original components in the same fashion that enchanting essences can be converted from lesser to greater and back.

Well, as motes (and primals) where used to make a lot of money from in TBC, the Crystallized and Eternal ingredients are used to makes cash from in WotLK. But the pro of Crystallized and Eternals against motes and primals is that you can create Crystallized from Eternals and visa versa. The thing that was impossible (without any proffesion) in TBC.

This point is the thing that's going to make us rich. Now it's time to do some research. Grab a pen and a paper and start browsing the AH.

1. Search for all Crystallized ingredients, these are Crystallized Air, Crystallized Earth, Crystallized Fire, Crystallized Life, Crystallized Shadow and Crystallized Water. Write down the average prices for a stack (10 pieces).
2. Now search for all Eternals, so start with Eternal Air, Eternal Earth, Eternal Fire, Eternal Life, Eternal Shadow and Eternal Water. Write down the average price of one of these.

Now if you've done this correctly you should have 2 rows with prices. One for the Eternals and one for the Crystallized. Well, now go find the biggest difference between 10 Crystallized and 1 Eternal of the same type

For example:
On my server 10 Crystallized Shadow cost around 10g and 1 Eternal Shadow will cost mostly 19g.
So I buy lots of Crystallized Shadows, 'convert' them to Eternal Shadows and sell them with 9g profit!

It's so simple and common sence, though I see so much people on my server who don't use this or just don't have the brains to think this up... I thought I should share this with you.

Yeah, my dad uses this during his free time, he has around 3k gold with 7 lvl 80s with epic
Flyers, and arm he has 3k after buying the last epic flyer. Even though this doesnt make epic tons of gold, great way to get extra cash. Btw don't over do this method at once or people just lower the price because yours will not sell, having them at
a cheaper price then make other items cheaper for jc and so on, it basically kill the economy like what the actual rl market is happening... Sorry this was types so badly, using iPhone ATM...

There may be some cases on some realms where eternals are cheaper than the crystallized versions, so you can just go that way aswell.. Be warned though, crystallized items don't sell all that much as eternals.

Ive been doing this for awhile as part of my gold making strategies and it is an extremely efficient method for the most part. The only risk you run is not selling after converting (though you can always wait for awhile or just repost). It only takes a few minutes and on a good day you can make some big money fast.
