Fury Raid DPS:
Rotation:
Above 20% HP: Whirlwind - Bloodthirst - Heroic Strike - Heroic Throw + Bloodsurge (slam) prioritized over all abilites.
Below 20% HP: Whirlwind - Execute + Bloodsurge (Slam)
When popping cooldowns: Wait until you are low on rage before you pop death wish / recklessness / trinkets, since in the meanwhile you do this, you will be fully at 100 rage again!
Also if you see your timers on WW / BT is low on CD, use them once more, then pop cooldowns to keep the rotation up!
Gems: +16strength is overall one of the strongest gems. +16hit rating / +16crit rating if you lack those stats.
I always prefer Strength gems, as for strength scales with Blessing of Kings which makes it slightly better than raw Attack Power.
Fury PvP DPS:
Rotation:
Pretty much the same as Raid DPS. Just don't burn your rage up with Heroic Strikes unless you are 60rage++ Save some room for Pummel! Or emergency spell reflect!
I prefer to use Whirlwind before an Execute, can do alot more damage + you still got rage to pummel if needed! if not, Execute!
Always remember to use Intercept on every cooldown, unless it's a team where you are being kited half of the fight.
Healers / Melee = Intercept as often as possible. The rest = try to hold on for it until you really need it!
And do never ever use Heroic Fury for purely refreshing Intercept cooldown. Unless it's an emergency / not a CC team / opponent.
What most warriors doesn't know, is that Heroic Fury actually removes ANY Immobilization effects! Which is quite nice against mages!
Gems: If you aren't playing with an paladin in Arena / BG, i would use the +32Attack Power gems. But that requires you to have Improved Berserker Rage 5/5. (Increases Attack Power by 10%)
Talents:
19/52 for PvE 18/53 for PvP is most popular. I personally use 18/53 for both raid and arena, no need to respecc.
Important abilities to have is:
2/2 Weapon Mastery - Reduce your attacks to be dodged by 2% + reduce duration of disarm effects by 50%!
1/1 Piercing Howl - Makes it easier catching kiters.
3/3 Blood Craze - For survivability.
5/5 Dual Wield Specialization - I prefer this one instead of Enrage, Choose for yourself!
2/2 Furious Attacks - Reducing heals on your target.
1/1 Heroic Fury - Get out of Immobilization abilities + Refreshes cooldown of Intercept.
4-5/5 Deflection - Quite nice if you are against melee opponents.
3/3 Iron Will - Reduce stun + charm effects by 20%.
1-3/3 Tactical Mastery - Reduce rage costs for swapping stances.
2/2 Impale - Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your abilites by 20%.
3/3 Deep Wounds - Makes your opponent bleed for 48% of your weapons average damage.
2-3/3 Two-Handed Weapon Specialization - Increase damage with 2handers by 4-6%.
Most of these might be common and quite common to most people, but there are still people who don't realize quite what to pick.

Test it out at the dummies, get a feel of it.
Various Tips:
In raids you should be quite fine with around 300+ hit rating.
250+ in Arena (i recommend having at least 200+ I'm currently using around 280-310 in Arenas.)
Never go in arenas / instances with a completely new specc without testing out BG's / Dummies / 5mans. Best (cheapest) way to do this is on PTR's. You can test alot, check dps results, respecc as much as you want for "free"!
(Arms DPS Guide might come someday, depends on how good the buffs will be. Other than that)
A specc i know is quite good for Arms (Survivability) is Deep Arms + Prot (Down to Last Stand)
Pop Last Stand together with Enraged Regeneration, you will heal for quite alot more. + Battlemaster trinket (Or other methods to raise your HP.)
or just...

I hope someone finds this useful in any way, and as you can see by my posts i am quite "new" here even though i've been an member for quite some time!
I Apologize for any spelling errors / grammar mistakes or just bad structurized setup! (I will be re-editing + adding more to this guide soon!)
