Achievement: Dinner Impossible

Just a quick guide to getting this done if your not a fan of pvp like myself, make 5 Great feasts then queue up for all 5 bg's (as of patch 3.08 I think you can only queue up for 3, next patch all 5) then pop in the first bg when it comes up, put feast down then accept next bg queue when it pops and repeat until you have it. You don't actually have to participate in the bg to finish it.

This has nothing to do with contributing at all...
The achievement tells you to place the feast in every battleground.
So why shouldn't you be able to leave after you have provided one?

"Ohh wait, a new guide: For the world explorer achievement you don't have to complete quests OMFG!!!" Pretty much the same.

What the guy said was self-explanatory on the achievement. So its not really a tip he gave. It was just a joke as what everyone is guessing. You must be really dumb to actually not know what to do for that achievement.
