... you dont realy get more real fps like before, its just vsync is off so, this only meens that pictures get showed BEFORE its completly build up by your system, so you could have 10% more "fps" but not 10% of fully refreshed frames, no idea if you understand me
if you have realy massive fps problems while in a raid / city try to use opengl instead of d3d (can be done by starting with -opengl as parameter)

Thanks for the tip on the Ram cleaning method. Never knew about that. It'll come in handy.
I did not notice a increase in FPS, it actually lowered it.
Thanks for that. I'm going to test it now...
Thanks for this, got a small fps boost, nothing noticeable but its always nice to say you have more fps than the next guy :P
For some reason this does absolutely NOTHING for my laptop, strange how these things work.
Will this make private servers run faster also? I'm wondering because you have to have 3 programs running + wow to play.
nice man! sweet guide
Such a shame as practically no games actually know how to properly use quad cores. Also, Vsync limits your FPS to 60, I enabled it on my desktop and laptop to reduce the spiking. I honestly do not see why this would help, other than clearing your ram. WoW + Vista is 1700-1800 in use :/
Panda Panda Panda
Increased my FPS by like 4, but thanks anyway
Same increased my fps by like 4 or 5, but still helpful for the people it does work for. Thanks anyways
thanks for the tips !
