Limatations:

3 levels
Themes are Sci-Fi, and WW2
Will not copyright the game under your name.
you dont get to chosse the music
what the AI look like will not be exactly what you want

I hate to say this but that just seems very restricted. And i mean VERY restricted, your pretty much just giving people the same game everyone else gets but with minor differences. IMO
