    I know all about how important it is to be careful with the registry. All the way back to Windows 95 I can remember being told that. And I've been using Windows since Windows 3.1 when you had to load it by typing WIN in DOS. But thanks for the extra info I think I will try this and see if it improves.

    I did reduce my ping to 150ms from 300ms. My download speed is also unaffected by this.
