Yea because i think most of the Outlands enchants are bind on pick up and so you can only see them when you are an enchanter...but I think all the Azeroth enchants are still mostly bond on use or whatever it is...thus making you able to pick them up.

Grinded here 56-58 (4 bars from 59) and got about 25 of these so far. ^^ dont know how much they sell for on my server but if its 10g each thats half my epic mount money i got
