60 in 19 Bracket

This is something i thought of, but can't put to test.
Since i ran out of RAF time

Get a level 19 or something to que for WSG

Get them some decent gear for level 60 or so

Have two friends give them enough levels to get up to 60 before the que pops.

When it does. you can go in as a geared level 60

This idea stemmed from the basis that you can que and then turn in a quest and be able to go as a level 20
