    [GUIDE] Twink mah bear (Druid, 19)

    So yes. after reading >9000 Copy/Pasta threads about druid twinks, i decided to write my own.
    This guide shall include multiple gear choices (eq. Heal,Dodge,Flagcarrier,balance dps).

    Druid twinking guide

    A little info about druid twinks that you must know before rolling one;

    Druids at level 19 are not the best choice if you want a high amount of DPS or a sick killing machine.
    BUT! Druids are perfect for Flagcarrying and healing.
    With the Bear form druids are almost impossible to CC if they have mana, and the HoTs druids have are really useful for healing.
    So think twice if you want a druid.. it is expensive and painful to gear.
    IF you however want a druid twink, this guide is something for you.

    Let us start!


    Healing

    Talents / Glyphs / Gear & Enchants / Professions

    Talents

    Maximized healing.
    5/0/5
    Genesis 5/5 imp MOTW 2/2 Nature's Focus 3/3

    This spec is the basic heal spec.

    Fast healing.
    0/0/10
    imp MOTW 2/2 Nature's Focus 3/3 Naturalist 5/5
    This spec combined with the Healing touch glyph makes the Healing touch rank 1 & 2 instant casts, and rank 3 0.5 sec cast.

    Mana effective healing.
    8/0/2
    Genesis 5/5 Moonglow 3/3 Natures Focus 2/3
    Minimizes the Manacost of most of your spells, and increases your healing. Good for both healing and Balance DPS.


    Glyphs

    Major Glyphs
    Glyph of Healing Touch <- useful, My personal choice
    Glyph of Wrath <- Great for Balance
    Glyph of Entangling Roots <- Useless for healing gear.
    Glyph of Rejuvenation <- USEFUL!
    Glyph of Maul <- Useless for healing
    Glyph of Growl <- Useless for pvp
    Glyph of Moonfire <- Would never use this in healing gear.
    Glyph of Regrowth <- Useful if you have a single target to heal

    Minor Glyphs
    Glyph of the Wild <- "Useful", My personal choice
    Glyph of Thorns <- Quite useless.. do not want


    Gear & Enchants

    Healing Gear.

    Head: Lucky Fishing Hat +150 Mana
    Optional Head: Shadow Goggles +100 HP / +150 Mana. Your choice
    Neck: Thick Bronze Necklace
    Shoulders: Talbar Mantle +Resilence of the Scourge
    Optional Shoulders: Tattered Dreadmist Mantle +
    18SP from ZG
    Cape: Battle Healer's Cloak / Ally version
    Chest: Inferno Robe +6 all stats
    Optional Chest: Tree Bark Jacket +100 Mana
    Wrists: Wrangler's Wristbands of the Eagle +15 Healing
    Optional Wrists: Crystalline Cuffs +9 Stamina
    Hands: Rigid Gloves of the Eagle +16 SP
    Optional Hands: Magefist Gloves +16 SP
    Optional Hands: Gold-flecked Gloves +16 SP
    Belt: Girdle of the Blindwatcher
    Pants: Darkweave Breeches +35 SP +20 Stamina
    Boots: Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' boots Boars speed
    Optional Boots: Scouting Boots of the Eagle +Minor speed
    Ring: Seal of Sylvanas / Ally Version
    Ring: Advisor's Ring / Ally Version
    Trinket: Insignia of the Horde / Ally Version
    Trinket: Arena Grand Master

    Weapons

    2H weapons;
    Staff of the blessed seer +30 SP
    Twisted Chanter's Staff +22 int
    Staff of the Friar +20 spirit

    1h + offhand
    Dawnblade + Medicine Pouch +22 int on Mainhand
    Dawnblade + Tome of the Dawn +22 int on Maindhand. ** OFFHAND REQUIRES INSCRIPTION 125 **
    Evocator's Blade + Your choice. +30 sp on Mainhand * id personally take Tome of the Dawn *

    Usage of Weapons
    Start with using the weapon with most +int, when running below the amount of the int bonus change to the +SP one.
    When getting OOM, Go bear and equip the +Spirit weapon to regen mana & HP. NOTE. Try to stay out of combat while regening.

    Professions


    My Personal Profession choices would be Mining & Herbalism.

    Mining for the simple reason that you get +700hp at skill 225, and Herbalism for the HoT.
    But because Mining is getting the Nerfbat quite soon.. meh dunno rly

    100% chance to get 10 Rage when Shaping, This is usefull for Bashes.
    Manareduce in Shapeshift, Allows escaping.
    a little heal increase for Rejuvenations or such.

    FC with average selfheals.

    Genesis 5/5 Furor 5/5

    100% Chance to get 10 rage, increases healing.

    FC with Melee Damage increase + insta Healing Touch rank 2 & 0.5 sec R3
    0/0/10
    Furor 5/5 Naturalist 5/5

    Allows you to carry the flag without stopping.
    Increases Melee damage done by 10%
    Requires
    Glyph of Healing Touch

    If you know how to play one, yes.
    but as i stated, the damage they do isn't Godlike.

    I have a 19 druid guide here, and i just needa add that the +100hp is better on head, because it is +20hp when you are out of bear and the same when you are in bear, but if you are getting out of bear to HOT then thaat +20hp can be usefull.

    I have found myself many a time after a fight with less than 20hp so get +100hp on head

    if remember correctly your bears HP is on his Stamina... so the acctual 8 stam comes to more when added to the rest of your stamina gear >>>U need fishing gear tho<<<

    Okay, this is how a twink guide should look like. Not like those other crap guides. Nice choice of colouring etc. 2+Rep

    Blizz removed the level requirements from collection professions. eq. Mining, Skinning and Herbalism

    And i thought the naxx enchants could be put thru Trade? =F
