First, let me mention that there is no SUREFIRE way to glide SAFELY, but this is a guide on how you can glide and (if you get caught in a banwave) get yourself unbanned REALLY easily.....

Anyways, what's so good about this method?

1. Blizzard can NEVER nerf it.
2. It is 100% foolproof (if done correctly)
3. You can use this on as MANY accounts as possible

So how does it work?
First, I advise you read Verye's Guide to Blizzard Policy at http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-ge...rd-policy.html

Read this paragraph copied from his guide:

Lock - An account lock is when the account cannot be used until ID (and sometimes other info/things, such as money, or a picture of a credit card, or a notary, etc.) is sent to Blizzard. So, you send in ID to get it reopened. This makes it very different from a ban. In Blizzard terminology, lock does not mean ban. So, when I say lock, I mean an account that is in a state where it received an email asking for ID. Accounts are typically locked after an account is reported as compromised (hacked).

Ban vs. Suspend - Technically, when you cannot use your account temporarily because of Blizzard, it is called a "suspension". A permanent closure can be called a "ban".



See the difference?

We will be using a proxy through World of Warcraft (meaning that your IP address will be different, Blizzard will see this on their end and know that you were "hacked" because of the IP differentiation and unban your account).

So what you need to do:
-Get Proxy Firewall at Download Proxy Firewall

-Get Tor at Tor: Download

This Youtube video is on how to use a proxy through Ventrilo, we will be using this method for World of Warcraft.

Follow all the steps up until 3 minutes and 12 seconds....

Now the difference is that at 3 minutes 12 seconds on this video, under the "Rules" tab of Proxy Firewall, instead of selecting Ventrilo, go to "Add Program", then "Browse", locate your World of Warcraft .exe, press "Open" when you select it.

Same method from there on out, use proxy server, open then SOCKS Proxy, use the proxy that you created.

Ok, so now if you follow these steps your World of Warcraft should be on a DIFFERENT IP!

How do we use this to our advantage for gliding? What you need to do is "stage" a hacking. BEFORE you do any of these steps, play on your World of Warcraft account as normal. Get yourself to level 15 or so, go to account management with a proxy (you can use Tor firefox addon), change password and email, this way Blizzard thinks you were hacked.

Now all you do is follow the steps above, use World of Warcraft ToR (or you can even use any proxy server that you have, I use Anonymous Surfing & Free Proxy List when ToR is slow for me because they have some fast proxies on there).


This bottom portion only applies if you get banned:

So now you got banned, but you followed the instructions correctly, so your account is technically "hacked".

You can do either one of two things:

1) Let me handle your case for you for a small fee. I can guarantee you a lifetime of unbans for one price on accounts that have used this method. Your unbans (that used this method) will ALL be backed up by my 100% unban guarantee meaning that you are GUARANTEED to get the accounts back.

2) Use Verye's guide to get your account unbanned (link is posted above) and write a letter to Blizzard account administration.


I must warn you, if you decide to take path 2, be VERY sure you follow his guide correctly.

You get an error when you start wow with it lol, have you tried this... I remember putting out a guide exactly like this but later finding out it doesn't work with wow... gg

Actually Rick, I just tried this before I wrote the guide and it worked, HENCE WHY I WROTE THE GUIDE. I wouldn't have wasted my time writing this if it didn't work -_-

I'm curious is it illegal using a proxy with wow? Isn't that somewhat exploiting their game, and if it gets detected.. possibly by warden?

Other then that its great... and of course, me a legit wow player would never use this....

No, this is very legal in fact, and it will probably not be detected by Warden because it is a legitimate software and has nothing to do with World of Warcraft.

Many ISP's use proxy, so at least 25% of all the players would be banned if it was illegal.

Now for another big subject: Warden.

Everyone knows about it, everyone’s scared of it, but not many people know a lot about how it works. Warden is a tool created by Blizzard that scans your computer (RAM and some other things) for anything that is somehow using or editing World of Warcraft. Contrary to common belief, Warden cannot see what web pages you are on, and does not collect data on things that are not specifically affecting World of Warcraft. Warden is NOT a direct spying tool: Blizzard employees don’t look through your computer. It acts completely on its own, and simply detects third-party software that is somehow attached or linked to WoW. If it detects this software, and if it matches its logs of what is considered banned, Warden will do one or more of these things:

-Exit/disconnect from the game and give a warning saying “you are using illegal third-party software.” (This is technically a process that is covered by the infamous Scan.dll, but it can be considered a part of Warden.) Scan.dll gets this by checking your processes list. Note, this does not actually result in account action, it merely results in a warning box popping up, along with an alarm sound.
-Result in a suspension or ban of your account.

It is a completely automated tool. It does not look at your porn, it does not see you looking at WoW trading sites; it only scans your computer for things that are attached to WoW. Warden could technically be considered spyware, but it really isn't.

That is correct, Deel11...however this program works in such a way that on Blizzard's end they will only see you playing on a different IP.

I got this working last night, it was easy.

The only problem is im getting 1.8-3k ms because tor is only connecting me to proxies in Denmark rofl. Any way to fix this?

After re-reading a few times, this wasn't hardly as much of a glide safely guide as it was and Ad for your unbanning 'business' IMO.

Basically was a guide on how to use proxies... since you seem to be implying that the average glider will be banned eventually and you'll be able to help all these people now that they use this set-up-hacked method.

Don't see anything in here about actual gliding. Oh well, maybe some people will like it and use it. I've never glided anyway.
