Just want to confirm to you guys who still wonder, YOU NEED ARTISAN RIDING to be able to actually do anything for Netherwing.

When you talk to Morenai, you can complete about 8 quests up to neutral. Furthermore, you need to have artisan riding before Morenai will talk to you again (give you quest). When he gives you that quest, you will be disgoused as a Dragownmaw Orc and you can freely choose the quests in their camp. Without that disgouse, they are your enemies.

Conclusion: Eggfarming needs artisan riding.
